She served as a Peace Corps volunteer in Ukraine 2002-2006, working in business education and civil society development. In 2006, she co-founded and has served as Director of International Outreach Coalition, which promotes youth leadership and civil society in Ukraine and Armenia by providing project management skills, an international perspective and creative thinking techniques.

She has an undergraduate degree in Business and a Masters in Creativity and Innovation.
