Harald Bauer Bredesen is UNV Programme Development Officer at Resident Co-ordinator Office (RCO). He has an academic background in Organizational Psychology and previously worked as an adviser for NWHF, a Nordic UNESCO centre.

At RCO, Harald will support the UNDAF Theme Groups, and the development and monitoring of joint programmes.
