Volunteers from Zolotonosha introduce new approaches to education

Over five days, from 6 to 10 July, the Cherkasy region hosted “The Success Workshop” – a day camp for children between 8 and 12 years from large families in Zolotonosha city. Inside the urban youth centre, as well as having fun, 20 children improved their creative skills and learned new things, contributing to their development as successful members of society. Teenagers just a few years older – volunteers aged between 15 and 18 – took up the role of camp leaders. One of the leaders, Anastasia Kim, shared her impressions of the work. Read

The children of Tomashhorod experience the traditions of their ancestors

A photography exhibition arranged by young volunteers during the “Itinerant Camp of the Friends of Nature” opened its doors on 6 July. Having started in the town of Tomashgorod, the exhibition will travel to the other youth centres in the Rivne region. Read
