  Igor Petrovsky Diary
Dr. Igor Petrovsky, anesthesiologist-reanimatologist from Mariupol, recently started his second assignment as an International UNV volunteer. After his first assignment, as a Medical Officer/Anesthesiologist in South Africa (2006-2007), Igor was excited to take off again on another UNV adventure – this time as a UNV Medical Doctor in Dili, East Timor.

Join us as we follow Igor’s work and adventures during the next year of his assignment with occasional posts from him to our UNV Blog section of the website. If you would like to ask Igor any questions about his UNV assignment, life in Timor, volunteering internationally, or anything else, please send us an email message with the subject header “Question for Dr. Petrovskyy”. We’ll forward your questions to Igor and post his responses on the Blog.

She is one of numerous volunteers who, with the help of the United Nations Volunteers (UNV) programme, set up a community organization in the village. Read
