Kyiv: Almost a year passed and I have been invited back into the studio of Radio "Kultura" for the "Crossroads of Opinions" programme.

This time the subject of interactive air-broadcast was non-governmental organisations and their acitivity in Ukraine. Together with Ms. Paola Pavlenko, that represented another international NGO in Ukraine, we talked about work of our organsiations, their role in Ukrainian society, as well as our personal experience with the third sector both in the country as well as abroad.

Many listeners called during the airing to express their views regarding the subject. Pitifully as it is, rarely any of them were offering actions or proactive ideas on how to improve own lives while the majority preferred the passive expectations of better life to arrive.
